At Elm & Herb, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly and reliably as possible.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping times
On average, delivery takes 4–9 business days, depending on your location and the courier.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally be longer due to factors outside our control, including:
- Remote or rural delivery addresses
- Adverse weather conditions
- Customs inspections or clearance delays for international shipments
- Increased courier workload during peak periods or holidays

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Amendments & Cancellations
To ensure fast and accurate order processing, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 30 minutes of placing your order.
After this window, orders are typically already in processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
If you need to update delivery details (such as address or contact information), please contact us as soon as possible at info@elmandherb.com. While we’ll do our best to help, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Refund Policy & Guarantee
We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided you contact us within this timeframe.
Important notes:
- Refunds apply to the product price only
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- A refund processing fee of €5 will be deducted from each approved refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
